Administrative Bodies & Offices/Units/Sub-units

The Board of Trustees is the general policy – making body of the school.

The President as school head sees to the operation of the entire school system. For her particular function she is aided by her external consultants and her executive staff. The Director for Research and Curriculum Development takes charge of the information, evaluation, research and grants programs of the institution. The Mother Rita Barcelo Research Center Coordinator takes charge of the institutional outreach program especially those concerning the PDOE. The Human Resource Officer checks the attendance and sees to the general concerns of the personnel. The Religion and Values Education Coordinator oversees the whole religion and values education program of the school. The Administrative Council – which is made up of the President, the Head of Student Personnel Services, the Basic Education Principal, the College Dean and the Head of Administrative Services – takes charge of the review, follow-up and re-statements of general matters involving the entire school system. The Registrar takes charge of the student's credentials and official records. Standing and ad hoc committees are created as the need arises to serve a particular activity on a temporary basis. The President and school head likewise coordinates with such groups as the Faculty Club/Labor Union, which is an organization of teachers and personnel of the school; the Family Council which is an organization of parents; and the Alumni Association which is made up of the school's graduates.

In the College Department , the Dean oversees the academic operation of the tertiary level. She is assisted by the varied Department Heads of Computer Science, Tourism, Hotel and Restaurant Management and other associate courses.

For the Basic Education Department , the Principal heads the Grade School and High School's academic operations. She is assisted by the Academic Coordinator who in turn supervises the area chairperson on institutional concerns. The Coordinator of Student Affairs supervises the club moderators for the department's co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. The Discipline Officer sees to the general behavior and conduct of the students. The Library and CIMC needs of the students are attended to by the BED Librarian while the OIC of Laboratory Services attend to the students' laboratory need and activities. For the students' adjustment to the school, the home and the community, the Guidance Counselors facilitate the school's guidance and counseling services. Finally it is the teachers who are responsible in facilitating the learning process growth and development of the students.

The Head of Student Personnel Services oversees the functions of the unit. The OIC, Religious Services takes charge of all religious activities and preparation of liturgies or paraliturgies for school celebrations. The OIC of Health Services takes charge of the clinic and the students' health needs. The OIC of Food Services is in charge of the school canteen seeing to it that the food sold to students is nutritious and clean. The OIC of Cooperatives operates and manages the laboratory cooperatives for savings of the students. The OIC of school supplies takes charge of the students' needs for basic learning materials as textbooks, pens and others. The OIC of Security Services sees to the safety and protection of the school's clientele.

The Head of Administrative Services supervises the following Officers-in-Charge (OIC's). The OIC Finance is responsible for the business transactions of the school e.g. payment of fees. The Property Custodian takes charge of requisitions for use of school properties. The OIC, Motorpool is in charge of the school's motor or transportation services. The OIC Physical Plant sees to the general upkeep of the buildings and classrooms and other offices and facilities. The OIC Maintenance is in charge of general repairs and installations of facilities. The OIC General Services sees to the maintenance, improvement and supervision of other school functions such as janitorial services, plumbing services and others.
